What is the deadline for reserving a table?

The deadline to book a table for all races is 8 days before the race date. Please refer to our 'Dates' tab that shows the deadline for each.

What happens if one of my guests cancel?

We understand such circumstances occur; however, we do not offer refunds for no-shows. You are more than welcome to replace this guest, see our cancellation policy for more details.

How do I pre-order drinks and what is the deadline?

You will receive a link to a form where you can purchase any pre-drinks for your table upon your arrival. Alternatively, if you're having trouble, please contact us.

The deadline is 3 days before the race date, as we have to make our orders to suppliers. The link will be inactive past this date, so please get in touch with us if you'd still like to order.

The drinks I want for my table aren’t on the pre-order drinks list.

We have a shortened drinks menu for pre-orders and our main drinks menu for the day available on your tables or at the bar. Some drinks i.e. draught beer and mixers cannot be pre-ordered, but you are welcome to come to the bar and order it when you arrive.

I’ve already paid for my table, but I want to add another guest.

We always try to accommodate for our guests, this will depend on our final number count and table plan. We may or may not be able to fulfil the request, so please get in contact with us as soon as possible if this is the case.

How many people per table can I book for?

We offer tables of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20. If you have an odd number table, please contact us to arrange your reservation.

Can you accommodate for dietary requirements/ allergens?

We are more than happy to accommodate for any dietary requirements and allergens. Please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements and offer an alternative.

Do you offer a children’s menu?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a children’s menu.

What about pricing and membership badges?

Our set price for our four-course meal in the main marquee is £59.95. The Jersey Race club secretary will be in touch with you if you are not already a member, to pay for your day membership badge of £25.

What is the deposit scheme?

You can secure your booking with a non-refundable deposit of 20% on the day you receive your invoice, with the remaining balance due no later than three weeks before your chosen race date. This ensures ample time for us to offer tables to those on the waiting list if the balance is not paid.

Deposits are only available for tables that are 8 or above.

Please note that if the full balance is not received by the deadline, we will, regrettably, have to cancel your reservation. Due to the popularity of some events, tables fill up quickly.

Rest assured, you will receive multiple reminders leading up to the payment deadline to help you stay on track.
